How I have better motherhood memories

No one told me I might not remember a lot of the early years of motherhood. - Michelle Hagen

Michelle Hagen | The Busy Years Podcast

No one tells you that you might not remember motherhood, you might not remember things that you thought would be memories that are clear as day. Motherhood is hard, and sometimes our brain thinks it's protecting us in moments that maybe we didn't want to be protected, but none the less it does and our memories of some of the happiest moments of our lives get blurred.

Today we are going to talk about the tool that helped me remember the parts of motherhood that I thought were lost and how I have learned to create deeper memories in motherhood. I have also used this tool to deeply remember childhood memories and I have been using it with my kids to help them build memories as well!

I also want to note friend, if you are deep in postpartum depression that you are not alone. You are not alone in your feelings and that you will get through this and you will feel like you can keep your head above water again.
