Fall Orlando Retreat
Living in Joy
September 14th to 18th, 2024
Retreat Recap from Host Michelle Hagen:
Looking back on our time together at the Orlando retreat, I can't help but feel an overwhelming sense of gratitude for every single one of the women who attended. The friendships we formed, the laughter we shared, and the moments of pure magic will stay with me forever.
We dove deep into workshops that led to real breakthroughs—the kind that shift not only our mindset but the entire trajectory of our lives. We supported one another as we stepped into those moments of vulnerability, and I witnessed each of the women make beautiful, brave choices that brought them closer to who they truly are. And our Disney Day... oh, it was everything I dreamed it would be and more. Seeing each of them let loose, laugh, and embrace the joy of simply being in the moment filled my heart to the brim.
The most magical part, though, was watching all of the women connect—both with each other and with themselves. It was more than just a retreat; it was a journey back to joy, a reconnection to our hearts, and a celebration of everything that makes us shine. As I reflect on our time together, I hope we carry those memories with us, letting them fuel our spirit, remind us of our magic, and inspire us to keep shining brightly.

"Do you want to walk away refreshed, inspired and connected to like-minded friends? Michelle's retreat will bring those things and more into your life path. She will help you connect to yourself and your heart. And she will help you overcome pain and struggles of the past by teaching you a new way of thinking and new practices such as yoga and meditation to put into everyday life. She shares openly and listens with no judgement. You can walk in with "life baggage" but you won't be loading it back up in your car for the way home. You will leave with a sisterhood of new friends that want to see you succeed in your dreams, know your struggles and are there to cheer you on as you navigate through them." - Cara
